Former Senior Pastor
Pastor Bruce passed away on October 30, 2020 at the young age of 61. Bruce’s life was so much more than dates, degrees, and details. Love—everything about him was love. Bruce loved people so much that ministry wasn’t a job to him—it was his passion and joy to pastor and sing. He was a great husband, father, leader, pastor and friend. He will be greatly missed.

Since August 2013, Sylvia has been the Administrative Assistant to the Pastoral Staff of Heritage. As the vision of the Church has grown to build a greater digital footprint for a greater online presence, her role has become more focused on oversight of outreach via social media, and to manage events on the church campus. Sylvia is a native of Pike County, Ohio, the youngest of 7 children, and since a youth has been actively involved in Church as congregation song leader, adult Sunday School and VBS teacher. She married David Cloud in 1980, and they are the parents of four now-grown sons. Together they wrote and co-directed the Heritage Christmas production, “Journey Through Bethlehem”. They consider the Heritage family a blessing in many ways!
Lisa Frost has served at Heritage as the Financial Secretary for over 20 years. A farm girl from Dundee, Michigan, she attended Michigan State University majoring in Agricultural Communications. Lisa was raised in a non-denominational church and dedicated her life to Christ at a young age. She met and married her husband, Rob, through their mutual interest in Suffolk sheep. Rob works for the Ohio Department of Agriculture, and raises sheep on their farm in Bloomingburg, Ohio. He is involved with Jail and Prison Ministry and Christian Education. They are the proud parents of three grown daughters. It has been a privilege for Lisa to serve the Lord through financial stewardship and accountability, while witnessing God’s provision and blessings!
